😐 I already told dusty in service that the struts needed to be replaced. Didn’t replace them after putting new tires on. Your dealership had my vehicle for 3 days, 4 including Sunday when i dropped it off. On the 3rd day i picked up my vehicle and there was still a vibration in the steering wheel....

🫤 Tried exchanging bag for smaller backpack, older heavyset lady with glasses told me to find new one after I returned she refused to exchange because I used backpack. No damages or wear, minimum week of use. I guess you can't say the item has been used or maybe she just didn't feel like helping me.

😠 The moment you go in they give you cold shoulders , you approach the counter they keep talking about their dogs, you ask them questions they have no clue!!! its just ridiculous to drive from far to find this poorly managed premises so save your self time and money.. don't give 'em nor their laz...
