😠 For a place that costs $60 a month for their "friendliness", the staff members most definitely are not friendly.

🫤 So disappointing. a) Booked a Deva cut. Did not get a deva cut. Charged for a deva cut. Deva cuts involve cutting each curl separately. That most certainly did not happen/ So if you have curly hair I would not go here. The coloring seemed fine though. b) You can't tip on credit cards.

😠 Why do I need to take a freezing cold shower when it’s 30° degrees outside ?? The water in the shower is always cold. Sometimes after 25 minutes of running and wasting water the water gets hot but if you make any minor adjustment it gets cold again and then takes another 25 minutes to get hot again....
