👍👍 This was my first visit to C Foy Tonsorial Parlor, as I am new to New Bern, but I will certainly be back often. The parlor is traditional, well appointed, and immaculate. The eponymous proprietor's talents as a gentleman's barber are evident from first to last. Very highly recommended.

👍👍 Got a really good haircut and style from Misty today -- she understood and delivered just what I wanted. Clean shop, friendly staff, good products.

😠 It should probably get a ZERO star ... it really can't get much worse. The place was EMPTY and a 4 HOUR WAIT! WHAT? I'm sure the company lost more than they made today. Just turn off the lights and lock the doors.
