👍👍 This place is a gem! It was a beautiful late-summer getaway for us last August. We could even swim comfortably- just make sure your torso is covered so the water doesn't give you chills! Cool rocks, elegant dunes, and gorgeous water on a clear day. And NO FEAR OF SHARKS!!

👍👍 Beautiful beach. Low key (not many people). The water was warm (close to 80 F) in August. Smallish parking lot. Lots of stairs. Port-a-potties. No changing facilities or faucets for rinsing off. We had a great time with our kids (ages 1-6).

👍👍 Great park just off the highway. Large parking lot with a covered picnic area. The picnic area is by the parking lot not the beach. The walk to the beach is about 7-10 minutes on a very flat and easy trail. The beach is a somewhat protected cove about 100 yards long with nice soft sand.
