👍 Was there only for a short time.. I liked the lake and picnic are. I saw there is lots other things to check out. i.e. hiking trails... I would definitely be coming back and checking those out next time I am in the area...

👍👍 I took my first hike today at Whippoorwill Park. It was a magnificent outing.
Started on Red trail, which is a moderate challenge, and returned on Blue trail.
Trails are well marked and easy to follow. The scenery is interesting and makes for a superlative afternoon.
