π 7/15/22 I've tried on several occasions recently to take the drive up to the summit parking at the monument atop East Rock Park.
Apparently all the PAVED roads leading up there are closed to vehicular traffic.
I cannot find any explanation for these closures
Whatever reason the city had for closing...
