😠 256 units share one dumpster. Amenities are $70 a month regardless of access to it. It includes a pool that isn’t ever open, soccer nets that have a hole in it, sad putting greens. It’s a very depressing place to live here

👍👍 Manager seems warm and welcoming. She was super considerate about our few requests at the move in. But can the management please paint the walls with good quality paint? Anytime you have to wipe down the walls..the paint comes off. Otherwise, we love our neighbors, maintaince crew is super nice too.
