👍👍 Qunoot has been my trainer for a couple of years. She customizes my workouts around my bad knees. She pushes me but knows when to pull back. Workouts are varied with increasing resistance. I have lost about 15 pounds clothes but more importantly clothes fit me better, more shapely.

🫤 This place has been going downhill for a while now. The gym in itself offers a good variety of equipment. Unfortunately, the issue is the cleanliness of the place. Bathrooms are constantly dirty, and smelling like urine. The mirrors are dirty and smudged.
