😠 Terrible customer service in the office. The past 4 times I've had to call them they forget to call me back for urgent issues and do not communicate well in general. Consider a different office for your primary care.

😠 Way over priced. The management company is terrible and cheaps out on everything. If you fall on the ice they will explain to you what ice is and then tell you there is no way to get rid of ice in a parking lot even though ever other parking lot in town is ice free.
