😐 Italian Delite is a staple in Novato. Great meatball sub and Philly cheesesteak, but the prices have gotten too high. A whole sandwich was $12.99 two years ago, and is now $18.95, which is almost a 50% increase. I used to go here more often, but can’t really justify the price for a takeout sandwich....

There is a water station with fountains at different heights and a couple of poop bag stations too. A nice paved path runs around the large grasse...

😐 Had lunch on the small but nice outdoor patio. The salmon salad was delish, as was the steak with great seasonings and fresh greens. Cooked perfect. The corn cake was incredible with very flavorful mushrooms. Topped it off with a Black Soul cocktail which hit the spot in all the right ways.

👍👍 we came in a little early for what I was told is the lunch rush. first time here. fast service. very efficient. only thing I can say I'd like to be better is pickles on it. you do get a pickle spear in the bag which was a pleasant surprise. bread was amazing.

It has thick natural grass (many parks are adopting turfgrass).
Right behind the free public parkinglot are huge trees which provide great shade, nestled by a creek with flowing water ( Winter only). There are picnic tables and BBQ'S. Great for all ages.
