😠 Staff here are unprofessional. There are too many urgent care centers in the city to go here. They don't inform you that you need to be wait until the 11th day to be tested for COVID. The front desk staff argued back and forth with a patient. The staff supported her in this unprofessional decision....

😠 Urgent care is good. I tried primary care and was left sitting for an hour after appointment time with Dr Warden. I will never go back. No apologies or explanation from the desk.... i better NOT be billed.
