😠 This clinic is terrible! I got a covid test done and my insurance did not cover it, so they charged me 200 dollars for a PCR test and 100 dollars for a Doctor's exam which NEVER happened! We couldn't get in to our regular doctor for the sports forms needed in time for the sports season, so went to Midwest clinic instead. And although we had to pay out of pocket, services were reasonably priced....

😠 I was turned away at the door!! My daughter was having a severe allergic reaction, coughing, face and lip swelling, in which this institution did not assist with. They immediately said we don’t see children and suggested that I go to a hospital. This was very upsetting. They offered NO HELP AT ALL.
