👍👍 Stopped in for a space to study and was welcomed immediately by the warm atmosphere. The owner was very kind, and the service was great. I ordered the avocado toast and an iced green tea with passion fruit and boba, both of which were delicious! Grateful for this new addition to the neighborhood 😌
