I was there about 3 months. The Patels & (college student) son always helped with anything I needed; and fast! They also care more about the grounds & cleanliness than anywhere! Mr. P was always doing yard work and that made me proud to live there. Mrs. P kept the office...

😠 Awful, 1st thing I saw was a roach. Toilet wouldn't flush. Picture of trash was behind bed. Took their linens off & used my own blankets.

😠 Nastiest place I've ever been. Sheets covered in stains, not tissue or towels and the criminal element makes for no sleep. I would rather sleep in woods and cover with leaves. Decided just pack up and leave although no refunds
