Walking paths within the shopping center are grimy, dirty and downright filthy. Please power wash and clean up the exterior. Show visitors to Oxnard that we take pride in...

👍👍 We love dining at Saku so much, their Kimchi Fried Rice is the Best around for Us! Many times have we returned to eat the same thing, there’s more on the menu but this dish is our favorite. Staff at Saku are kind and helpful, thank you again! This plate fed two adults. ☺️🙏🏻🤙🏻👍🏻

👍👍 A friend and I went to the New Chicken Bowl Teriyaki restaurant for lunch. The man was kind, friendly and happy. Great atmosphere, and great food!! A must try if ever in Oxnard CA.

👍👍 El Super is Fabulous. Great Butcher shop with so many Choices (Except prime Steaks) awesome prices, Produce Galore at low costs. Shoppers and staff are very friendly. So for Meat, Poultry and veggies nothing in Ventura/ Oxnard Compares. Go at least 1 time a week.

👍 Tres Sierra's mkt is awesome and have great food 2go... and 24 hr laundry that's the cleanest around. Smoke shop has that black mkt gambling N Liquor store is just ok
