😠 Very disappointing examination… I brought an MRI disk for Dr. Bussell to review of my neck and was told by him that he doesn’t have the aptitude to review the images… I decided to seek the treatment of a ENT doctor because of the severe pain I was feeling in my neck that was radiating up to my ear....

😠 Terrible experience. The front desk ladies unprofessional and not willing to fix their own mistakes. Heard them exchanging sarcastic comment about patients calling over the phone, while waiting in waiting area.... Doctor herself spend 5 min with my son, seemed nice but in a hurry. Would not recomme...
