👍👍 I have been going to Secret Physique since it was located in Quincy! Now it’s in Braintree and the new studio is so nice. It’s my favorite workout, it’s challenging but fun and all the instructors are great! They even offer virtual sessions which is a nice bonus.

👍👍 Great place for a walk. The whole loop will take you about an hour, give or take, and clock in at about 3 miles. Get there early to see tons of deer. Keep your dogs on a leash if you bring them, no one wants your dog running up on them.
