😠 Yes, she's sweet, if you can get an appt. Their call back system is terrible, it doesn't work, VERY frustrating. I called two other times, with pretty urgent illnesses, but I was told both times, go to urgent care or the ER. Or wait a month for the next appt. I had to find another doctor!!!

🫤 My Son was involved in a car accident 6/5/23 and was sent to banner by ambulance @ approximately 9:45pm, when I arrived to hospital after leaving work from Scottsdale, I could see my Son in the hall inside ER, I asked receptionist if I could go see my Son, she said NO!!
