👍👍 I had no idea this was here. The open house was great. Neat to be able to look into the huge telescopes. Use navigation to get there though or you'll miss the dirt road to get to it, especially at night.

👍 Really enjoy this place. Just about the darkest sky location in the Southeast. There are still a few light domes, however, so an IR Cut filter is probably necessary for photography. Do also be aware that there is a good deal of air traffic overhead, so watch for plane lights before hitting the shut...
