👍 Traveling through Ponca City, we decided to give Los Portales a try for lunch. We started off with the beef dip and we both liked it. I ordered the Burrito Los Portales and it was good. Mrs. Flip Out had the chicken flautas and the lunch portion was generous and she liked the queso sauce.

👍 Small place right outside the refinery. Home made chips, i had the Barbacoa gordito with lettuce instead of cabbage. It was made fresh and add a squeeze of lime n it was delicious. The Modelo Michelada was ok not spicy though but puckry lime. Still great flavor though.
