👍👍 We have an awesome group of staffer here. I love how friendly and helpful they are. They are quick to respond to any issues I have. The gym is quiet and pretty empty in the mornings so I have no issues using any equipment. The daily riddles are a good ice breaker too.

👍👍 Anthony was very helpful and welcoming on my first visit. He gave me a tour of the gym and answered all of my questions. The facility looked really nice—clean, organized, lots of equipment to choose from. The atmosphere is positive and inviting. I definitely would recommend this gym.

👍 Please BRING CASH to tip the massage therapists!!!! You cannot add tip to the payment downstairs. Good value for money. It's great that NMMC offers this for their employees. Ally was my massage therapist and she was really good. I had the deep tissue therapy with her.
