👍👍 Had a great experience today. Got a healthy hair consultation before going with Chatira. Got 4 feed in braids and a treatment. She did a great job. Got lots of compliments. Looking forwards to getting my hair back on track.

👍👍 I’m willing to drive an hour and a half to go to the Portsmouth, NH location rather than the Portland, ME location. The people are so much kinder and friendly and helpful!! Emma was awesome and quick!!

🫤 Great shop with amazing infinite available articles but this front lady is rude and have a very poor customer service. No military discount also.

😠 I’ve been going to this store for many years. But I WILL NOT purchase anything else from them. I had the worse experience. It was a nice day so I decided to walk to this store with my grandson in his stroller. I struggled to get through the door with the stroller. Which is neither here nor there but...
