👍👍 Dr Ortiz’s bedside manners are phenomenal. She deeply cares for her patients well being and her charisma is like no other. She makes me feel like I’m her only patient which says alot about who she is not only as a doctor but as a woman in general. I am truly blessed to have her as my doctor.

👍👍 The office in McAllen has new employees working the reception area and phones. They have really been doing a great job and I am so grateful for the new staff. Mary Valdez is very organized, goes out of her way, and is so sweet!
