😠 I don't understand why they make you get an appointment if they don't tend you on your appointment time. Our appointment was for 10:45am. They said get here 15 minutes early, and we did, but we've been here waiting for 2.5 hrs and there are still a few patients ahead of us. Ridiculous!! I don't know...
