👍👍 Can’t recommend enough. These classes are great for all levels of fitness because you are only competing with yourself to get better. The best part of this gym is the coaches. I did my beginner course with Coach Francis and he has been great at keeping track of my progress which is very motivating....

👍👍 Keba is amazing with communicating especially during the Covid-19 shut down. The trainers are awesome! It’s especially fun when you get to challenge a new trainer during the trainer led drill round!! I always leave feeling awesome! Thank you!

This gym is usually busy but even on the busiest days there is enough equipment so you don’t have to wait 30 minutes for a machine. 😐 Love the hours. Great cost. Best cleaning practices. There are just too many treadmills, elliptical machines, and bikes. Need more smith machines and free weights. Less cardio machines and more free weights PLEASE. Add at least one more leg press at 90°.

👍👍 I joined CFN about 8 years ago. The coaching staff and community is top notch. The head coach, Web’s programming and focus on technique is amazing. The workouts are always challenging and so much fun. It’s the best community! Love it.
