😐 This is for kayak rentals. Told our big group $30/person on the phone then charged us all $35/person in-person. Laine's "bait" and switch sales tactic, you could say. Sized us up knew we were not going to back out with a big group and decided to nickel and dime us for them making quick extra bucks....
