😐 Not sure how I rate this. It's just a complex with different medical professionals, etc. The parking and roads are atrocious. I usually get tense while navigating this area. 👍👍 Clean, everyone is friendly who attends. Lots of space to do a lot of things. The grass area in the back is COVERED in ants. One minute out there being still and you will see what I mean 🤣

👍 Red trail was the longest of them. Still small but nice. Very well shaded walk all around and you get some view of the river. Other than that ... its just a nature walk in the FL humid 🤣

🫤 Packed on the weekend. A bit shallow with a very silty bottom. Not recommended to launch jet ski's due to all the trash in the water. First time launching there had a small pvc pipe sucked into the intake.

👍👍 Clean, well kept and spacious. They have good after school and other activities for neighborhood youth and adults. Staff are friendly and do their jobs well. A new outdoor playground is being built. Mr. Emanuel P. Johnson, age 97, lives nearby and visits often.

When I was almost at the building some lady wearing nice clothes and high heels got walked to the front of the line in front of everyone else by a cop. 😐 this is a good not great neighborhood park. alot of local teenagers hang out and will cuss up a storm in their normal conversations. i believe in freedom of speech. but little kids can go somewhere else and not hear all that mess.

👍👍 Great place to play Tennis, Basketball or One-Wall or 3 wall handball or Racket ball, with a total of 6 courts. A great family atmosphere with outside bathrooms
