Sledding Hill

👍👍 Had a great time sledding here. The sledding hill has stairs shielded by trees that do get a bit icy. You can park in the Salk Park Disc Golf Course lot for a shorter walk. It's just across the bridge to get to the hill. There is also a stadium light for early evening sledding.

👍👍 It's a bit of a stretch to call what I've seen of this park an Arboretum, but it's quiet with lots of shade. I like that in a park. When I need a break from the busy work day, this is a great option.

👍 Clean open space park with a large playground for kids, a climbing rock, a basketball court & right next to one of the baseball fields in Salk Park. Usually not hard to find parking unless a baseball game is in play. Lots of room & generally only occupied by a couple families at once. I'd stay away...

👍👍 This park has something for everyone. There is a large, high play structure with plenty of challenging climbing features, plus two smaller play structures for toddlers and early elementary age students. The covered pavilion includes four extra long wooden picnic tables and a grill located nearby. Th...

👍👍 Service is excellent, the server brought our waters out right away. Try the double stuffed jalapenos poppers! Fred is the best park hostess! Will be back, got dysentery from drinking out of the river, a hard pass. 5 stars none the less!

👍👍 Simple park they have pickle ball and tennis courts. Well kept but a little awkward to know where to park. It's at the bottom of this hill between a church and a residential area. There's parking in a small side lot and probably street parking. I believe on Thursday nights there is a club that meets...
