🫤 1/2 of Pastrami was sliced for a sandwich not sliced for serving, lips were burning from salt.. way too salty, salt cured then salt in the rub = way too much salt, also leads to dry pastrami. Very very far from authentic Texas bbq. I would try the brisket next time.. but there won’t be a next time....
