I have knots in my back from work/ daily life I really needed to get worked out. She found them and pounded them out....

😠 They keep canceling my mom's apps & we make them a month in advance. Mom is 95 & our apps HAVE to be at same time! But, they don't get it. The desk staff is nice in person, but not friendly or helpful on phone. I would not go there if by myself.
