🫤 My review is based on how understaffed this establishment is. The staff here are nice. I once waited 45 minutes in a room for a scheduled appointment just to speak with a nurse for 2 minutes. Another occasion was arriving for an appointment just to be told it was canceled due to a call in.

😠 Policy is to make patients who registered as symptomatic to stand outside IN THE COLD and foggy shower. Patients should be notified at online reg, so they can dress warmly. After 20 minutes waiting, I was curled up shivering outside.

😠 Dr. Rossi is unprofessional. He didn’t properly test me. And yet I’m still charged $255 for an inconclusive test that he didn’t want to give me. But I demanded the test for public health reasons. And then it comes back inconclusive… this is no coincidence, he did it wrong on purpose.
