👍👍 First time here and we love it. We will be back here soon. Nice wide spots with full hookups. Great restaurants within walking distance and great views.

👍👍 This place is our favorite place to stay .Small only 30 spots . Right on San Joaquin River. Freighters going up river from San Francisco Bay. Boat harbor , clean ,police depot here gated secure no kumbskulls. Beautiful sailboat yacht club. No lie the best place ever.

👍👍 Here is a place where you can live in a house boat and pay nothing close than what they want in the city. The only bad thing is the nearest store is at least 10 miles.

😐 I love to go here to take photos of clients cars, but damn is it not safe when you take some camera gear with you. A lot of homeless people and sketchy people hangout here.
