👍👍 Quick place for Boba with great pastries and waffles. The place has a great vibe to sit down and relax and chill with friends. I totally recommend if you want to have nice drinks with quick service, the place is totally self service and has good vibe. The waffles are also good.

They also make their own syrups in house and there is nothing artificial in them! There is a patio area as well....
