👍👍 Coach James is great!! Everyone there is so supportive and kind! The environment is amazing and clean! My teen has been going for some time now and my preteen just joined and they enjoy every moment! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great work out with no judgment!

🫤 The gym has been under construction for such a long time now. No cleaning supplies. Is nice and big but definitely needs a lot of work. The staff is super nice compared to my previous experience with this gym.

😠 Vehicles are broken into in the parking lot on a daily basis. InShape does nothing about it. They don't even sweep up the broken glass, they just leave it laying on the asphalt for days and sometimes weeks.

👍👍 Best time to work out is definitely between the hours of 1Am up until 5 am when the crowd starts to roll in. After that its packed. Up until noon. I love squeezing in a cool workout before the rest of my day.
