👍👍 This little spot is amazing! They are a research facility, eco education resource and a community center all in one. The volunteers are friendly and knowledgeable, the building is clean and inviting. There are numerous activities and events for all ages.

😠 The floors in the pool rooms are so slippery it’s a major safety risk. A wet floor sign does NOT cut it. I have seen multiple people (who were walking at a normal pace) fall. The floors should not be so slick that you slip even when walking at a snails pace. This is a safety and accessibility issue...

😠 Just curious what the reasoning is for not allowing life jackets throughout the swim pond? With the numerous drownings, it seems like a foolish rule. Also, why is the protocol to check the surrounding area outside of the water when a child is missing? Time is of the essence, and now a child is dead.
