😐 Safe place to live. Very well taken care of. You rent the lot, own the home and they increase the rent 5% this January (typical). It's 55 and over so the cost of living increase for Social security for this year is 1.3%. For those trying to get by on SS it tends to run people out over time.

The monthly charges are $968 for 2021.
2022 update. Rent with pass through now $1,035 month. Expect $80 to $100 increase per month each year.
Rent for 2023 is approximately $1,140 mo.
