👍👍 There was an extended wait time inside the exam room, but I understood why when it was my turn. Dr. O'Brien takes sufficient time with each patient to "connect" and make appropriate recommendations. It's worth the wait to have quality care!

🫤 The front office staff (2 ladies) need to find different employment. They both acted as if I was putting them out when I walked in. No smiles...no how can we help you in a welcoming pleasant tone. My tester n the PA were engaged n seemed genuinely interested in why I was at the facility.
