👍 I went here twice this month with my family to walk around a trail, and I had a really nice time. This place is as much scenic, if not more scenic, than the Nature Center in Springfield, AND it is the source from where the city of Springfield gets their water!

👍👍 Lake Springfield is a great little Park to come if you’re looking for quick access to a hike or a place to boat in or close to Springfield. There are several hiking trails as well as a few paved paths. The main office has a restroom as well as snacks if needed.
