😠 Our condo was great but the community is run by Villa Management in Lincolnwood and they are very unreliable. If you have to deal with Keith Heuberger, I feel your pain. He is rude and difficult to work with. AND don't accept their answer to anything over the phone, get it in an email.

😠 Please read this whole review. We were charged fees multiple times, for supposedly not having the required renters insurance. We always had said insurance, and we proved it numerous times.
