🫤 They need to up their game. First, don't schedule 2 appointments at the same time with only 1 person working. Secondly, on the voice mail where directions to the location are given, you may want to specify it's inside Safeway. It would be quite helpful.

😠 Very unorganized and unprofessional. The employees are more concerned about chatting amongst each other instead of greeting patients. I came in for a drug analysis and it took almost an hour to be seen with only three additional patients in the office.
