😠 Theyre changing their name from Monterey Apartments to try to rebrand and hide how terrible they are. Google it. The office staff yells at you or simply ignores your requests..the maintenance won't fix things. Its not worth it I promise. Their pool hasn't been open since Hurricane Michael in 2018....

😠 If I could put no stars I would , dangerous environment for children . Shootings and robbery’s are daily . Fires from poor maintenance and electrical issues will not give you another unit or anything even when your child is injured and looses their belongings . Do not move in you will be sorry.
