👍👍 This gym is great! Coach Jasmine is an incredible trainer and does an amazing job! Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to get in shape and work with trainers that go above and beyond for their clients!! So happy I came here!

👍👍 Best boxing gym in the Tampa Florida area. I started from nothing and on the first day alone I learned footwork, form, and more. And from the 4 months I’ve been here it’s been nothing but constant improvement. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to learn efficient boxing quickly.

😠 I have tried canceling my membership with this gym for months now and they keep charging me. I no longer live in Florida so I can’t just go into the gym and cancel it there, and no one ever answers the phone. Not happy with this gyms unavailability to help it’s customers.

🫤 I have no idea why josh made me do the sit-ups on the bench with my head way below the waist without figuring out it might cause me back injury. I felt it a bit difficult but I thought he knew better. That’s why we pay for trainers, right ? I asked him and he said i “might just feel some soreness”....

😠 It's great untill you want to cancel. I tore my rotator cuff and bicep tendon, I'm on a month to month membership I've called 6 times. 4 from my number and 2 from my wife's number. Can't get anyone to pick up or call me back "voi email full". Cancel my credit card and now I owe over 100 on a month t...
