👍👍 Absolutely gorgeous. This place is a hidden gem of Oklahoma. Crystal clear water. I could have spent days here enjoying the scenery. If it was warmer, a great time lace to swim and have cookouts. If you live in Oklahoma or visit, please do yourself a favor and go here. Gods country.

👍👍 Historic site managed by friendly staff. Walking areas are well maintained so easy access to the content. Adequate signage for highlights. Reproduction buildings and original foundations of buildings add to the site's authenticity. Well worth a visit.

👍👍 The have awnings with picnic tables that you can rent for 25.00 a day. They are limited with less than 10 available. It cost 7.00 for each person to enter. Children 7 and under are free. You can reserve ahead of time on line. Punch cards are also available at the gate. $50.00 card gets you 10 punche...

👍👍 Very beautiful. Kids loved feeding all the fish and ducks. Lots of parking. Updated playground. Still had the old huge rocks from when I was a kid (absolutely love) . The umbrella table area is cute. I can't wait to go back. The dock serves food now and has lots to offer.

😠 Honestly, it wasn’t easy to get to (train parked across access road, had to bypass it) then we get there and they say we need cash to pay to swim. Annoying. Maybe my rating will go up later, I’m just upset

👍👍 Very nice place. Just 1.5 hours drive from Dallas. This beach is full with shades tree and lot if picnic tables. You can swim in the water as well. The view is amazing and relaxing. We didn't know every one would love this place so much until we get there.

Simple motel rooms & old-school cabins with free boat slips, plus a playground, BBQs & fishing.
