👍👍 Google directions are wrong, you end up in a campsite 4 miles down the highway. 395S exit Elena. Turn left to cross the 395N. Dirt road with quick elevation, strongly suggest 4x4. Gusty winds and chilly. Beautiful viewpoint built by BSA. Binoculars are a must.

👍👍 If you go after five o'clock pm, you avoid most of the college kids that go to Missoula College, in which the Osprey Nest is located on the South Eastern side of the lot. The Osprey are beautiful and if you Google the nest you can watch footage that has a twenty second delay or so from real time.
