Did a search on this river it actually comes all the way down to Port Charlotte and exits into the Gulf...
Pretty interesting history as well.. will go back as I have a place there as well.

👍👍 What a great little spot in the middle of downtown Wauchula.
This little park offers several benches throughout the area as well as a covered area to relax and escape from the sun on hot days.
There are on-site bathrooms as well.
There is always non-intrusive music playing that just adds to the atmo...
