😠 Awful. Overcharged me $11.25 for a small coffee and bagel. They said one price, I handed over my credit card and didn’t get a receipt (this is my fault, I should have asked for it but I also didn’t think I’d get ripped off) and I just saw on my app I was charged way over what they told me.

🫤 Orders are always wrong when we order online. I don’t know how we could make it any easier when the order is written right in front of them. They also forgot one of the breakfast sandwiches and were rude when we told them even though again, it’s written right in front of them. And little did we know...

👍👍 Under New Management since December 2022… and it’s not the same for sure. The variety of bagels is noticeably reduced and I’m not sure whether they’re baked on-site any longer. 🥲 (But, Let’s give Nico, the new owner, a fair chance to prove himself.)
