😠 I am really disappointed with my experience here. I experienced a lot of confusion from the initial sign up to cancellation. I also found the gym to be in disrepair at one of the locations. Definitely did not feel valued or heard as a consumer. Absolutely would not recommend.

😐 Love the hours. Great cost. Best cleaning practices. There are just too many treadmills, elliptical machines, and bikes. Need more smith machines and free weights. Less cardio machines and more free weights PLEASE. Add at least one more leg press at 90°.

👍👍 Best gym in Sac! And it is seriously open 24 hours in West Sac! Great variety of equipment with cardio, machines, and free weights. Staff is friendly, and always working to keep it clean. 100% recommend, especially for people with busy schedules - the 24 hours really helps!!!
