😠 dirty place.

🫤 This office is horrible. The staff had no idea what their doing. They scheduled my son for an appointment, even called to confirm it and when i got their i was told that his appointment was resceduled for 2 months later And their was nothing that could be done. Don't ever use this office!!!

😠 Poor management most of the time manager doesn’t know what to do when there is a issue,very racist and a big liar and lot of favoritism to her own people and the tenants she likes even if they are at wrong. It takes her forever to take care of a issue.

😠 Sucks. They discriminate against ppl with service animals If the animal doesn't meet their age requirements. Also they have huge cockroaches that I have seen crawling around the property at night

😐 Can have long wait times more often than not, so I would be cautious scheduling any appointments around a work schedule. Good about Covid-19 precautions. I have had a couple experiences where there was an issue with them finding an appointment I had that day but we were always able to sort it out....

😠 This is worst apartments in West Sacramento. Constantly hot water problems. A/C doesn't work. You have to run A/C 24/7 in summer time, and heater in winter. Cause of bad windows and bad thermal insulation in walls and ceiling . High price, but low quality of service. I lived here more then 4 years....
