Margaret Lindley Park
Park
ππ Legend has it Margaret used to hike the trails near the old campground on site. No one knew them better. One day, a sweltering day, she went for a swim and was never seen again. They say, on hot days you can feel her tickle your feet when your swimming.

Mountain Meadow Preserve
Nature preserve
ππ Cute little nature preserve with some easy to moderate hiking trails. Meadow loop is very easy, anyone of all ages can do it, but the ground is a bit uneven. Tons of butterflies when the milkweed is blooming. A variety of birds to watch. The summit trail can be really steep at parts.

Cocoa Dog Park
Dog park
π«€ Not impressed. It's hard to get to and very basic.
I was visiting from out of state with my dog and was looking for somewhere to walk him and let him play.
You have to go through a field to get to it with strange tracks I think for dirt bikes.
