👍👍 Took my first class. I was nervous and feeling overwhelmed before we started. But the coaches were awesome! Close by all class, helping and encouraging. And the other members were encouraging and helpful too! I am looking forward to another class.

👍👍 Wonderful group of trainers and great workouts. Most of the week, M,W,F, and Sat are cardio heavy while Tu and Th are more resistance based workouts. The members are supportive and vibe is great. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a gym!
